I’ve got the touchless gt700. Sounds like the eye beam on the gantry is the issue. My machine has several eyes....in my case it’s the one that angels high to low on the machine....and I’ll almost bet the eyes are fine and just very loose in the bracket....let us know..

Well....after 11 years my luck has run out. Some jerk tried ...yes tried to break into a s/s vault. Damaged the lock to the point we had to drill out...he got spooked by customers on the lot. I was so excited....I had ok video of the guy working on the vault. But a great shot of the license...

Good luck. Short term fix for getting money out is maybe shop vac from the electronics panel to suck coins from vault...reverse coin vac. And maybe block the tube so no new money drops down. Obviously need to empty coins way more often
