It will work as long as your bypass from the unloader valve isn't plumbed back into the inlet of the pump. if so, re route it back to the storage tank and you can use the non weep.

It definitely is, and our wash counts the last 2 months reflect it.

Have you checked the high pressure check valves on your manifold? You have 2 checks valves, one for each pump that leads from the outlet of the pump to the manifold. If one of them is bad, pressure will bleed off to the other side and you lose water volume therefore reducing suction at the injector.

We have them on the same wall as our foam brush boom.

They haven't ended support. What is ending is availability of certain proprietary parts. But there are probably enough used 4000 parts out there. Unless they work like we do. We take units straight to the scrap yard when we replace them.
