How new are the newer switches?, I mean how long have the newer switches been available, months, years?
I have 2 switches that had instructions like in the switch adjustment pdf below. I'm assuming the switches are the older style since there is no bracket attached.
Also did you mean 1/16th...
I had that same setup, dole solenoids, generant regulator, chemical injector. I would definitely get rid of that setup and put in a dema injector, or small holding tanks, the tanks eliminate the need for a regulator on each pump, plus your not starving the pumps all the time, I don't know if you...
That "large cylinder" your referring to is a chemical injector that Specialty Carwash Equipment used to manufacture. One wash I owned had specialty equipment, and those injectors, I had one of there old catalogs that I took this picture from.
With that setup you have to starve the pumps a little...
You should have a spare one around, looks like your going to need it anyway, for the cost of one led7 you could easily loose that much business in one day. Most of us keep allot of spare parts around, especially a main part like that, that can shut the bay down.

There should be...

Did the Paloma instantaneous heaters go out of business? The guy who purchased my Carwash in 2015 said he is looking for parts, in particular the diaphragms. He said they went out of business, called me to see if I can find any parts for them, if I remember right, I used to buy those parts from...
Everyone in this area uses springflex or the rubber flex wands, mostly springflex, I see very few if any solid wands, we always had more bent wands than broken ones, and they would really bend them, enough to get in the fender wells.
You may also want to look at spring flex wands:
