Do you use the immersion heater in conjunction with the on demand water heater or does the immersion heater replace the on demand water heater? I assume the electric immersion heater would add a significant increase in utility cost?
thanks for the help
We have a pdq m5. We have a on demand water heater that feeds into a reservoir tank. Water temp is set at 133 F. But The water in the tank is much cooler. Do you guys have any suggestions to keep the water hot? Is it feasible to feed the hot water directly into the chemical pump. Does anyone...
We think we have it fixed. The rotation hub the 3 sensors look for was extremely rusty. We wire brush the surfaces and ran it for a day then replaced all 3 sensors just to play safe. Have not had any more problems since. When it was rotating the wrong way we damaged a customers passenger...
Ok GUYS. Looking for opinions. On. M5 the arm will rotate the wrong direction once in a while. It has done it on the first soap pass and other times it will rotate the wrong direction on rinse pass. at first I thought it was a error in the wash program but it has done this on multiple...
Looking for your guys opinion Who have traversing spray arms. Do you use a light coating of grease on the rails or silicone spray. We went to a silicone spray thinking the grease would collect dirt but now rails squeak in cold weather
Sorry evidently my previous post did not go. We moved the sensor back in toward the target and set it about 1/8” away. We moved the target located on the left end (where the arm was over traveling and hitting the end) to the right awa from the end. Hoping it would sense sooner and stop before...
The sensor was set very close to the target I’d say about a credit card width away. The car wash tech told us to set them about 3/8 away but that made no difference. We tried moving the target in farther away from the end hoping it would detect sooner and stop before hitting but still...
Looking for suggestions
On a M5 occasionally the arm will over travel and bang into the end when going left. Only hits the end during a high pressure rinse. Again not every time but randomly . We verified the sensor is set about 3/8” from the plate. The sensor light is on when the plate is...
That makes sense and is a simple solution. We’ll reduce the tip size as suggested till coverage is not adequate then bring tip size back up to get coverage needed
you guys are correct Lots of helpful information on the forum
Thanks
you refersmced dilution tips and Particular injectors. If I’m not mistaken the dilution tips are color coded and the package list ratio and gpm. What are the particular injectors ?
just trying to figure all this out
thanks
