You are going to love the Razor! We are replacing our Ryko with a Washworld Profile.
I'm hoping to save the machine so I don't want to drag it out. I didn't own the wash when the Ryko was installed so I didn't see how the installers moved the gantry around.
Can I get a little more detail on this step? What is the best way to get the gantry out of the bay? Do I need some type of caster to rotate the gantry and roll it out the door? We are removing our Softgloss on Monday.
Cryptopay swiper is flashing yellow and the upper display screen on the washselect is blank.
I'm not too familiar with cryptopay. I have powercycled everything. Anything else to check? I left a message with support.

That would be great if I could convert my hydrominders to use the small screw in tips! I think I have some of those dema adapters around, I'm going to try it out
When you log into your Nayax account, Click on Consumers, then Card Management. From there you can add a new card. If it is a card for an attendant use, you can set a dollar amount to automatically reload monthly.

Any sessions labeled Pitch are sponsored. They are sales pitches for that company's offerings. I mostly avoid them and go to the other ones. Unfortunately, they did not have car wash specific, non-pitch sessions other than the WCA offerings focused on self service washing.
On the Nayax, you need their pulse cable. Assuming you have that, the 2 red and 2 black wires go to your 24v power supply (both reds together and both blacks together) the green (Pulse 1) goes to the white black wire on the Led6 or Led7
The rest of the Nayax wires are unused.

Is it possible that you have the red and black power wires reversed on the one that isn't working?
The Nayax would still power on but would not be able to close the timed hot circuit
You should be able to connect the green wire to the white/black wire on the LED7, no need to bypass the timer. That is how I have been wiring Nayax to Dixmor timers.
Earl is partially correct, the pump is more expensive than flojets. However, don't forget to account for the lost revenue and upset customers with more frequent failures. Every failed Flojet = the price of the pump + the price of refunding customers and irritating customers until you find out...
That is a good pump stand. I wouldn't swap it out just to switch brands.
Not sure I agree with Mep on removing the manifolds, they never gave us any issues but if they cause an issue, that isn't a big deal to remove them.

I believe we are rejecting about 1.5 gallons per gallon.
I will check the feed pressure and maybe look for a finer inlet filter.
Thanks for the ideas, I will report back after I check it out.
