Ok, so the discharge tube has a siphon hole, but no flooding ring. Could the fact that the discharge tube is not the one that came with the hydrominder be the cause? I feel like it could. I’ve tried everything else. : ).

They offer the “Laser Minder” virtual attendant(well worth having) and the Lasernet alert system. Functionally these are the two best upgrades IMHO. The 360 programming is pretty deep. So many options. Not sure that the LW4K could compare.

Hello, I have an ACW that was scrolling a message this morning that said "card or coin payment". It normally scrolls "Welcome, Deposit Money or Select Wash". I have the Cryptopay retrofit. Any idea why this would happen? I power cycled it and a a dollar came out of the bill acceptor. Thanks!

They are going to keep the wall mounts. The distributor knows what they are doing. I've checked out a recent install it looks and operates great. I haven't had any issues his far in getting tech support from PDQ. Something I should know? My distributor is also very helpful in troubleshooting...

About 30% of sales are Cryptopay. The vending machine has been popular. I am happy with the purchase. A no-brained as my whole wash is outfitted with Cryptopay.

I could probably get a few inches. The way the bay is setup will really only allow 24' rails.

BBE, I am pretty hands on. I have talked to my local wash world Rep as well. I am open to a Razor. I like having the PDQ distributor 16 miles away. However, I am open to exploring options. I'd just like to see what can fit in this bay aside from an LW4000. Inverted L of course.
