I'd do what Randy mentioned on the penetrating oil and go buy the right tools. A good impact gun with the right size allen socket setup would probably do it. I've found cheap allens and cheater pipes just don't work. Keep us posted.
So I wanted to post a small battle I've been dealing with over the past couple of weeks for your humor. My Fragramitics spot shampoo CCD unit stopped making suds. Since I bought the wash 3 years ago it's been working great. I replaced the entire hose assembly 9 months ago just to be sure it was...
Today I inquired about this issue and just received this response from a Cryptopay supervisor. Should be fine but will monitor statements moving forward.

Good Morning David,
Thanks for sending this over. Shouldn't affect you as our card readers are not chip capable. You have 0...
I have to say this thread is enlightening. And to think I've been changing mine every 4 months. You guys have made me very happy. I have 4 Cat 310 pumps going on 26 years of non-stop service and think they would run fine without any oil. Thanks🤠
Thanks for the great info. MEP post makes sense now. I was going to order this replacement. Can you confirm?

Thanks, Yes my weep is turned off as it 100 degrees outside. I dream of the days of need the weep. Anyways I'll check the power as Randy suggested. The buzzing sound or electrical hum is only when the foam brush is being used. You can hear it 4 feet away. I put my hand on each component inside...
This weekend I was at the wash and noticed when the foamy brush was being used on bay 1 a humming sound was coming out of the control box. I narrowed it down to the trickle valve making the sound. I don't know the purpose of this valve and why it does this. The tag says DH 18473, 1/8 orfice, 100...
Our Covid impact was business up 40% over 2019. But I'm thinking it was because of our upgrades and great customer service we've been killing our base with. Who knows... We will take it....
Yes, I believe this is true on the IDX mechs. I've had one on order since January. Called them (KR) Friday and they said the new date is Aug 25th now. Been thinking of changing to another unit. I don't need one right now but it was part of my spare parts to have on hand.
No the overall process at least for me. The parts took forever to get here then the electrician, permits, and two bad pumps out of the box. For someone full-time onsite it wouldn't be so bad.
I just completed my installation of 4 ea 3 phase units. I thought about tieing them into my pumps but after I looked we had plenty of space in my panels. Plus I feel better each circuit is on its own. My deciding factor on the 3 phase was did I want to add 12 more pumps to the wash or only 4...

I wish we had those in Oregon! Sounds like there the sweet smell of money. I once remember driving through a locust swarm. Needless to say, I was shocked...
This would explain why I one on backorder for 4 months now. I assume it's the chip problem? Is there a direct replacement I can use with the same function and wiring for the MA850?
When I bought my wash I was hesitating on installing swipers on 6 vacs but glad we did and they do well. Take a look at this charge from last week. I'm afraid to check the vacuum and see what's inside.
Hello,
This is the only thread that speaks to hour meters for the Air Shammee II's. I'm looking for a part number and location to buy four hour meters for an upcoming installation. Kleen rite has some but are pricy and wish to get the right ones the first time. Any suggestions? Thanks
