Dog washes, food trucks, vending…
my dog washes are just over a month old, and the usage is growing every day… (we have more dogs in the neighborhood than kids so it seems…)
Good luck turning that space into additional profit centers
I hear ya, and it’s 5% yahoo’s that mess it up for the rest of the good folks… and everyone knows it, sooo…. you might as well mess with them…
What if your sign said…
Please don’t steal our towels, Your Mother is watching!
Big Brother wants his towels back, please don’t take ours!

Make sure you have a digital presence… so the consumers can find you on Google…
We get several new customers every day as a result, all organic, which means we don’t pay for it in the traditional sense.
(We are in Atlanta, and there are just a few SS washes left due to the R/E valuations…)
Dispense only your proprietary tokens, and accept customers cash and CC’s.
You might consider a dog wash, depending on your local demographics…
Congrats! And Good Luck!
I would suggest that you move to $1 increments, still accept Quarters but only dispense your proprietary tokens.
I am at $3 for 4 minutes, max on CC’s at $15. I’m blown away by the CC’s charges. It is common to see $20, $30 and $40 charges for CC’s customers… the cash customers rarely spend as...

My thoughts, accept all fiat currency ($ coins, quarters) accept all debit and CC’s, but only dispense your proprietary tokens aka crypto.
seigniorage is our friend!
God willing, and supply change SNAFU’s minimized, we should be operational with 2 new self service dog washes by 4/15/22
These units will be under a canopy in front of of an 8 bay SS in Atlanta… I’m getting kinda excited once I get past the infrastructure challenges!
Hey… 25 years ago I shopped 10 different mfg’s for new equipment … and went with Ginsan… as some of my engineering friends have said, “it’s over engineered “ and has worked well for me….
Good luck on your decisions!
Range is $14k to $25k, plus integration, plumbing, electrical, etc.
none of the Mfg’s offer “count up” with the CC’s … which is sad, and I know some dog owners that need dog washing therapy….
oooh la la
In Atlanta, we don’t get a lot of snow and salt days, so we don’t have that kind of intense demand….
And if we did, (I) would likely be on site keeping them moving, and with the vac islands generating income along the way…
I believe we have a general rule to provide a good SS car washing and...
