Mmmmm.....I would like for him to report back in a year to see how many touchscreens they have gone through. As with all new equipment; it all looks great at install . I like to see years down the road to see what it looks like then.
I personally prefer the "KISS" method to everything at my...
Yep…so loosen the lock nut on the body, and turn the body counter clockwise slowly while pump running, but trigger off. Reduce til you get to your target pressure setting. Then tighten lock nut.
You need to adjust it down with nut or unscrew body of regulator some; depends what kind you have. Released pressure should be same as when trigger is pulled.
A fee is a fee; regardless if it is monthly, bi-monthly, quarterly or yearly. This is how we figure percentage paid. Take a years worth of statements, add ALL THE FEES, divided by total sales. That is the percentage. This is how most processors stick it to us. They advertise some bs low monthly...
Are the rollers wore out, causing less pressure to the plate?
I had one unit where I had a welder come weld new diamond plate over the old. That fixed the issue on that machine.
I think what you have is the yellow bag or regular pellets. The poster is talking about the green bag (I believe); it has an iron & rust fighter supposedly added. I just got 2 bags for my home, and it looks the same as his.
I bought 4 of these vacs from Dave at the NRCC show in Fall of 2021. Got them delivered in Feb or March of 2022. The location they were intended for unexpectedly when under contract of sale in January 2022. So I have 4 brand new sitting in a storage still wrapped in plastic. And unfortunatly...
Looks like I am going to get my first chance to change one of these in the morning. Anyone got any tips or tricks to make it go a little easier? It looks like a bit of a chore at first glance.
Thanks in advance.
Just fyi- When I have a machine coned off for a repair, I also hit my "emergency stop" button. This sends the cashier to "out of service" and will keep it from taking a payment. This is because I too have had idiots move the cones and try to go right in. I usually close the doors, as well, and...
I have Laser 4000s and some friction machines with neoglide. I usually run my personal vehicle through the Lasers 2-3 times to one of the friction. After Lasers 2-3 times it gets that film build up. Sometime the eyebrow does not even come off in my friction machines.
So I am wondering this...
Thank you, Greg! I just had an order sitting in my cart waiting for them to send a 10% off to me, which they usually do. The 20% worked perfect. (plus I get 6% cash back for shopping through Rakuten) Keep 'em coming, please; if you get more.
Zoro is just about always cheaper than Grainger, plus...
Yes it can be done. I did it on two laser 4000s. Those lexairs are a pita. No issues with the hp dema solenoids....and no air leaking. Been on about 4 years. Wire it just as you said. Make sure you have a pressure blowout, just in case something fails.
All my washes have signs for; Fold in Mirrors and Remove or lower antennas.
When customers ask me: "do I really need to do that?", I respond to that by saying: "Do it or pick them up out of the bay when wash is over."
Call Fragramatics. I sent 5 machines back to them for refurb. It was about $1200 each; $200 more for one that needed a compressor. They came back absolutley in brand new appearance. The refurb includes new decals, new hose/gun, new led visual display and interior light, new pick up tubes and...
