We have the 3 phase system in both out SS bays. Hated the original gun and blade attachments (poor quality/air leaks/awkward), so recently bought the air-logic nozzles and they have enough power that I can blow off the passenger side of the windshield from the drivers side. I have no experience...
@kelley3CarWashes
It might be worth a try changing the Edge settings over to "Internet Explorer" mode. I own two rental car agencies and our old software will only run in this configuration.

@TMoliver
Well, I guess the day that a customer walks up to me with a mastercard without a stripe trying to figure out how to pay, is the day that I jump on to kleenrite and buy tap for each and every one of my vacuums.
Side note, their heading seems kind of misleading, at least to me...
I agree completely. We also have 1 speaker in each self serve. We play rock during the day and classical at night because it tends to repel the unwanted people. Tweakers apparently don't like listening to classical while smoking their fentanyl pills.
We had to buy the security cover kits for our J.E. Adams super vacs, because the tweakers kept breaking my rear doors off or mangling them to get to the "treasures" inside. Also had to put 2 chains and 4 padlocks over our commercial dumpsters because we'd show up and have the entire dumpster...
Interesting! Never would have thought of that. Not sure how much adjustment I have left on my Jobe float, but will have to see if I can get another couple inches.
@Sound_Boi I saw that stuff and thought about giving it a try, but was worried that it might be too rigid? Have you personally had it running back and forth in an energy chain? Also thank you for the reply!
We have a Mark VII Softwash XT. We have been having to replace our high pressure hose that runs from my equipment room, through my energy chain, and ties in to the top of my gantry about twice per year because of holes in the hose. It is getting expensive. When it first started it was around...
I will never give up cash and coin until I'm forced to.
BUT.... our coin would always plug our banks coin counter, or fill the coin collection bags underneath it, and would require them to come over to service it, making a 10 minute trip to the bank many times over an hour. We bought a manual...
We blew a line on our Pressure washer so it was sitting next to my automatic bay without hoses or lines attached while I ran to pick up a new HP line. This is 2pm on a Thurs with 3 other employees within 25-50 yards so I thought (wrongly) that it was safe. A scumbag rolled up in my auto bay...
Ok let me be more specific as @MEP001 brings up a good point about the variety of rubbing compounds cutting power and ability to scratch. Use a single stage lighter-cutting rubbing compound such as "3M Perfect-IT 36060". I use this on glass (both in my bay and my fleet of rental cars)...
Weird thought here. What if you cleaned the glass the best you can, then sprayed the glass with frosted glass coating. Then installed LED's around the edges of the glass so that it glowed and changed colors. That would be a pretty rad setup with each panel glowing and color changing. Might be...
I too have had a customer that complained that their car didn't get clean coming through my self serve. I accidentally started laughing my butt off at them, then realized they would probably google review my wash, so just refunded them, and told them to go through my automatic wash next time...

IDS is the only company I could find that does press in SS sleeving. They sleeved two of my 5CP2150w's 2 years ago for my wash, and so far I haven't had any issues. I will say that getting the high pressure seals into the sleeve is more difficult than it was before, but...
Ours have been flawless since we installed them on our WSII and our self serves. Once plugged in, you just have to get into the cryptopay chat box and tell them to link the cryptotaps serial # with the corresponding swipers serial #, and you'll be all set!
The only downside is that under recent...
With some new paint, new awning, maybe some black metal roofing, and new signage, you'd be surprised how presentable you'll be able to make that building.
