WashWorld has read the posts and, since all of you can get it to work, it’s our problem. I never denied that but it’s their equipment and the software they utilize so you would think their techs could tell me what we are doing wrong. But I’m apparently on my own to figure this out.
Yes, I’m aware how it works, it just doesn’t. WashWorld Support can’t figure it out either and appears to have walked away from it. It hasn’t worked since day one, 2019.
I have iPhone 11 Pro Max and can't log in. Washworld tech. support, after trying several things, told me that Apple phones are not meant to work with eCatcher. Can you email me so I can see what it is I am doing wrong?

We had three of our wash select units hit the other night. Apparently these jerks are using some type of taser and zapping the machine causing it to drop the coins out. We have replaced three boards now. Car washes in our area have been hit multiple times. Any thoughts on how to prevent this?

Well, worked with a WashWorld tech. today, had us download the latest and greatest software. I didn’t have much hope that would solve this problem but we washed about 45 cars and now it’s throwing the same error code again. We can’t keep this open and go home. Our customers have had enough...

We hate the fees Washcard charges and they can try to justify it all they want. As carwash owners, we deal with competition regularly. I think it’s time Washcard had some. We are waiting for that day.
