We are going to introduce a "fair usage policy" of say 6 x washes a month. Hopefully as Soapy said it will prevent abuse. Also means I won't be terrified of cab drivers signing up.
How are you guys pricing unlimited wash clubs for iba's. Lowest monthly price you sell for and most sold pricing? We are lokking at 2.5 x our wash program pricing but keen to know what others find works.
Interesting Idea! A week of free washes sounds like a great plan based off your experience! Cheaper than most other marketing plans with guaranteed customers trying it out! I like it!
Anyone else had any experience with the latest Oasis XP and Typhoon washes. I have a customer keen to see one but not sure of wash quality and speed claims
You really need to check if their is a voltage going to the contactor coil when it is in this faulty state. If you do then trace back where it is coming from, if you do not then do what tdl said and change out that contactor!
I would agree with Greg. I have never seen the angle of the boom spray affect the sensors. Those Banner eyes should easily see through the spray. Nearly always it is either a dirty sensor, water in the plug of the sensor, bad connection on the sensor or a faulty sensor. I did have a fault on a...
The main reason for the low pH is glass cleaning and chrome. When you put the alkaline over the top of it their is an exothermic reaction that helps to heat the soaps a little and then the alkaline will overwhelm the acid. At least it does if the strengths are set up correctly. I guess it...
I always start my low ph at about half the strength of the high then increase the low until the eyebrows of the wind shield get clear. I typically have a 20 sec dwell after applying low then apply my high. I have a 20 to 25 sec dwell on my high before washing. If cars are not clean I increase my...
Greg is right as ever! It is a bit of an overkill using RO but it works. You only need to soften the water used for the chemicals though in my experience.
Good question. We actually use meg nozzles on our inverted L washes but have just switched to pmeg nozzles that are giving a bit more impingement. Also we have heated our presoak and added injectors for the chemicals. We are now getting the best clean possible imo with an inverted L. The heat...
Even with great chemicals not all touchless car washes are equal! Compare the impact from a blast tech pro mozzle at 12 inches versus a v jet nozzle and you will see a big difference in impingement. I own inverted L washes and water wizards with the blast tech nozzles and the wizard cleans much...
Water softness has a big impact. Detergents are designed to act like a sperm that swim to the dirt (like an egg) then bury their head and lift the dirt ready for high pressure washing. Dirt is mainly minerals like iron, calcium, magnesium and hydrocarbons. Hard water contains Calcium, magnesium...
