Explored it today. Yeah it's black pex tubing. They used 1/2 inch swivel connectors on each corner and one totally disintegrated. What a pain to get out! Not looking forward to reinstalling, but I gotta get it done. Amazon now says my pump that was garunteed to arrive friday if I ordered within...
I concur with Carwashking, Wish there was an answer from Cryptopay. I just installed their swipers and am thinking of upgrading to the new Commander but would like to keep everything the same as opposed to getting another processor.
Sorry for kinda being a newbie. I've been checking out some used machines on consignment. Can you get say a Washworld distributor to remove a washworld machine in a different state and install a machine in your bay? Do you first have a rep come out and say yes, this will fit or do your research...
While we are on the freeze subject. I found out the other day that my pump for the rail heat is seized up. Lots of corrosion in pump and flanges. Hate to see what the inside of my water heater looks like. Now it has me questioning the rails. I'm assuming there is a pipe or hose that runs through...
I wanted a central system to control the weep and IBA rail heater. I think my pump cycles too much and using the weep miser will cut that down. I have three t-stats that control three different systems and it would be nice to have one unit that did everything. Every night that it gets cold I...
I guess I can get a NO valve and check valve a put it on the well side so when the power goes out city water wouldn't be wasted in the well overflow. That will allow me to use the NO Weep Mizer.
My system is based on a well in the ER. I have a well pump that recirculates the water from the bays and the IBA. City water is added to the well as needed and used as backup if the power goes out. A NC valve is opened on one side of the tee when the temp drops while the NO valve is held shut...
Doe anyone have documentation for the Air Logic weep system? What does it do differently than the Dixmor system? KR says they don't have anything on it and I can't find info on their web site.
Can I connect a circulation pump (less than an amp) and a heat cable to output 2? Or do I need a relay for each? Sorry, don't know the specs on amp draw of a 30 foot heat tape.
I just rebuilt a Paraplate I found on the shelf. This one doesn't leak like the other one I rebuilt but there is a lot of chatter and vibration. Hopefully tomorrow the SMC one I ordered will come in and I'll replace it and see how it does.
Got a Paraplate regulator that was dripping that I replaced with a rebuilt BR52 with new seals from KR. It's leaking more now than the regulator I replaced. The pump had a larger regulator and I had a spare I found that said leaks but usable and rebuilt that one. Not sure where I went wrong...
