Looks like you have one solenoid mounted near your pump. That’s likely your soap wash, was the soap wash your hot water issue?

At that point the head should be same as new? Throw in another 75 for shipping and 80 for a new seal kit and it’s at $380. What’s a new one, around $600?

No backfeed, all the valves are good. The pulsating is very slight. Probably only a Carwash guy could notice it. I think it is in the head but I inspected for washout. Carwash pumps are like kids, they all have different personalities.

I checked all the valves before I changed the regulator. The tip is about a month old. Pulsates a little on both. Haven’t checked to see if it’s bleeding back, I’ll do that tonight.

Thanks Randy, I Replaced the pressure regulator but it did not correct the problem.

Had a cat 310 with low pressure. I put in a new seal kit and it ran at 1200psi for about 2 weeks. Now it runs at 1200 till you squeeze the handle then drops to 900. Head problem? I inspected the head for wash out issues and it looks OK. Pressure regulator looks OK but is old. Any suggestions...

I use zip ties. I have also had the doors destroyed so they could get 50 cents. When the zip ties are cut I look at the cameras. My latest guy looks to be in his mid 50’s and drives a new Acura sedan. He comes by every couple of nights and takes the dirt with him. He seems like a fruit loop.

I have 8 of these booms that I removed from a wash that sold to build gas station. The owner was a friend of mine and I saw these booms work, seemed to me that they always performed well and the wash owner liked them. You don’t see them very often.
