If I could choose any business to be next to my car wash it would be ____________________________________________________________________________________
 
Laundromat. Customers have time to kill.

Starbucks. They are less price sensitive than most people given the cost of the coffee.

Costco. They get huge crowds.

I almost said laundromat, but assuming its not connected or a related business, I'd be scared they would end up taking quarters from me over time. Small risk, but one that I was thinking about.
