Do any other car wash operators know of different spray arch nozzles ( jets ) to use on our laser 4000 to get better impingement power, we are currently using the standard set of flat fan nozzles that PDQ recommends, but for the majority of our customers the flat fan nozzles aren't helping...

does anyone know the name of the chemical injectors that have a rotary screw on them ( dial ) no need for changing tip sizes when using different products or doing titration tests. If you want to increase or decrease an amount of a particular chemical you just turn the screw in or out

PDQ tech said to replace the ribbon cable, could fix the LEDs not working. I assume that is the ribbon cable that goes behind all the modules, which looks like a big job to remove all the modules just for the LEDs not working on module.

thankyou PEI, i'll try what you have said, i thought there would be another way of checking the inputs other than eyeballing the LEDs

GoBuckeyes yes thats correct the wash is operating normally, and thanks for your reply Bud's i can check the connections in the J boxes, something may be wrong

And i forgot to say i have changed out the module with a new module but the same issue no LEDs come on and off

i read some posts on here regarding issues with the width measurement on the Laser 4000, others have said to run a seperate cable from the X30 prox straight to the JO, so to clarify where in the JO do you connect the cable ?
