Im wondering what size of air compressor to get. The current one has been in here for about 25 years and its due to be changed out. I have 6 bays and 1 touchless but possibly adding another touchless down the road. Any suggestions? Thanks

I'm not sure about the Softgloss but with my Vector I had a similar problem. It ended up being the sensors the arms would touch at the back and front but they wouldn't shuttle (overlap the last pass). We ended up having to put bushings under our DS and PS sensors to extend them by about 2"...

Like Washmme said....get Quickbooks, or Simply Accounting. I really cant imagine doing these figures on my own. These will save you a ton of time, and they have great reporting features that will definately help you out.

Hey Guys....any ideas? I keep blowing the GFIC. At the start it would blow it at the beginning of the wax cycle, but now it is also doing it on presoaks also, I can’t get it to blow on any high pressure passes though. When I take all the leads off of the ASCO’s and ran the presoak the problem...

If your are running a direct feed (no holding tank) than you could definately be running out of water. But if that was the case you would be experiencing this all the time when you are full out, Is your IBA brand new? Does your problem bay have less pressure when it is the only pump running...

OK so in my ss bays I have a wax, does anybody run a wax and a drying agent? Does anyone use a drying agent and market it as "spot free"?
