With your high quality upside video it's tough to see anything. Lol. Start at the solenoid valves and see if it's leaking past one of them. Simple way is to remove each line individually after the solenoid and see if anything comes out. It's probably debris or worn valve causing your problem...

As others have said or asked why are you posting a December bill when you have just had the wash for a couple of weeks? In our municipality the water bill comes out quarterly. Did you have the water meter read when you took over or are you paying part of the previous owners bill?

Is it possible that the day your change machine ran out was because you were busy? I run a wash with similar ratio's to you in terms of credit to cash and I don't currently accept debit but I do know there are lots of people who don't have or can't manage a credit card. I can't imagine not ever...

In this day and age never "ASSUME" anything. Brand new stuff built with cheap offshore parts offer no level confidence in this day and age!

Have you replaced the micro switches that control the open and close limits? I see you have replaced most everything else.

I never had much luck with the Sta-Rite pump if you try to run too hot of water through it. Kevin
