I have used both the kind with zerks and the non-serviceable kind, I have found that the non-serviceable kind last much longer, instead of zerks they just have a screw inplace where zerks would be added.
cool stuff, but it states in the video it will not hold up to high pressure water or soaps, they even showed bottles of cleaners and detergents that would remove ever dry.
I thought I heard of someone on here talking about just what you described, I think they came up with cuting a POP can up and wraping it around the hose and then using afew hose clamps and said that worked , I thing that was a 3/8 line tho, not sure if that would work on a 1 in hose.
So if you have a motion activated t-stat, will it even really warm the place up by the time they are done, If they open the door and its freezing cold wont they just leave, or you might have to put up EVEN more signs at the place saying dont wory it will warm up in afew mins.. just tryin to help...
invest in insulating the place properly, and I bet you could keep it a comfortable temp all the time and not have to mess with two t-stats and complicating the situation, Just a thought, good luck
That is a low car count on that machine, although I can not diagnose your issue for you, I can tell you the millenium is a solid machine that requires little matitance and down time, There is a guy on here that knows alot about the millenium, hopefully he will see your post.
