I solved my trough freeze ups for under 300 bucks. I have a outside wood boiler that heats all the wash water and floor heat. I just tapped into boiler water and put a loop all the way thru the trough. never had a problem since and doesn't really cost me a penny more sine the boiler is running...

I do have air mixers and good flow to the bays. What would the air flow have to do with the hydrominder sucking to much product?

My presoak and tire cleaner seem to be sucking down very fast! I have played with the tips. I now have a pink tip on. I've changed the hydrominders. Still just sucking down the product. Any ideas on what else can cause this. Thanks

Hum, I guess your right. I went and drained the water. Was not alot in there but was still some water. The auto drain is still helping alot but should still be manually drained once in a while
