Why did you lose the business? What does your competitor offer that you do not? Why spend the energy and time on trying to make the five per-centers happy? Use that energy and find ways to increase your sales. Drive those customers that left back to your wash! What functions do you offer...

I would just sit at the entrance to your wash and turn them away. Not only are they going to close a bay while you clean the mess for $5, they are going to track mud from the entrance to the bay and then from the bay to the exit! Cleaning the lot is not worth the business to me.

I am going to add Rain-X to my wash, however I do not know what product I should eliminate!? I offer both clear coat and wax. Has anyone replaced either with Rain-X and what was the feedback you got?

The quote is likely higher because of the DVR. The Vertex from CWC is a very nice DVR, I just put one in my store, worth the money! CWC does have less expensive DVR's that will work, just without all of the bells and whistles. Try calling Jennifer at CWC and she can explain it better than I can.

Does anyone know where I can get a kit or the individual parts to convert my Hamilton XE's to MEI's? I already have the bill readers, just need the mounting bracket and harness. Etowah Valley will not sell the parts without the bill reader and Hamilton wants $200 for the kit. Thanks!
