I am seeking some construction financing, but my needs are primarily for the equipment since I have a seller financed interest only mortgage which, until renovations are completed, would unlikely make sense to anyone interested due to limited equity characteristics.

Who in this market is still aggressive with financing car wash and laundromat equipment. I own my property and am building a car wash and laundromat in a small shopping strip and would like to talk with some folks. Banks are not too anxious to look at new operations. Thanks
