Hi PEI Just testing the JBS soaps, been using other products of theirs for years. . I see in another post you're using the .083 dual injectors for the CP104/105 and CP 200/201. May I ask how many ounces you're using of each and the titration you're getting with the combos. Do you boost year...

PDQ M5: why do they program it this way?

Water Weep We purge our M5's with an air-blowdown system. As you know Kris, you cannot blow down the productivity and tri-foam shower heads. It works great until temperature get's into the teens, then we have to switch to water weep. In order to keep the tri-foam heads and productivity arch...

    New Check Valves

I have been using the new ICHECK MAGNUM check valve at my (2) bay M5 Laser, corrosion proof and NO O-Ring, absolutely trouble free and built like a tank. What a relief that someone has made a product to stand up to the rigors of the wash business. Several places are now selling them or they...

    PDQ M5 Arch Impacts

Scott: I had the same thing happen. This was in conjunction with other problems Ultrasonics and a bad VFD (Variable Frequency Drive) that was replaced. We were hitting cars on mirrors, front, back etc. As strange as it sounds, try forcing your ultrasonics in that bay to either left or right...
