Hi. Wish I had seen your post earlier. If you haven't gotten this fixed yet, its the timing or location of the gantry. Usually turn of breaker 6, do whatever to completely reset and let the gantry find itself again. Hope this works, Jack

Bubbles, that does look great. I've been looking at that machine wondering how well they were working. Did you perfer the front load vs rear load?? Jack

I agree with Mars. 4 way acceptence and they work great in the wet.

I agree with Red Baron. I also have 2 D&S 5000's and seldom ever find a better wash as I visit around the country. Easy to work on, simple operation but mostly gets a car clean. We probably all like what we use but my 5000's do a great job. Good Luck

I did a 5 & 1 with Extrutech and had half of it blow off. We repaired it adding screws every 12" (lots of screws wth washers) and so far we only lost one panel so hopefully we figured it out. This stuff does come off in gusty winds. Good Luck; Jack

We currently are touchless. It always makes me think when I see friction being used more. Seems more frictions are showing up each day and I know its always a customer preference. I see some movement toward friction, not sure how far it will go. Good luck. Jack
