Pull the head. I'm guessing you'll find a seal issue and/or a washed out head. Obviously, inspect the plungers while you're at it. Also, make sure all plungers move, making sure that it hasn't thrown a rod.
You didn't say, but if you have 3/8" hoses to the gun, replace them with 1/4". 3/8 hose has over twice the volume of 1/4 and is harder for the customer to handle. I spent 50 years in the SS biz and always used 1/4. There is no down side. If you have a pressure drop, crank it up a little.

I can't help with recommending someone, but resurrecting a wash can vary wildly, because of one factor...freezing. If it has frozen, you can expect huge expenses in getting it operational. If it hasn't frozen, it can be as simple as firing things up and see what works and what doesn't. I'm sure...
