I don't know, I can only speak to my experience. Dencar definitely has their issues but tech support hasn't been one for me. The whole reason I posted this thread is because I am aware of their issues when releasing a new product and I want to know if they've been worked out before buying.

I would email his office, "We appreciate your business but, please do not leave a mess like this again." and attach the video. He'll either be embarrassed by his staff seeing his behavior or pissed that you outed him, either way he'll know he's on camera and you won't accept his disrespect.
