I would suggest a short tunnel addition on to an existing bay (if it is physically possible to do so, don't forget to check ceiling height) and keeping the SS bays. You will of course want to remodel the outside of the entire wash and inside bays of the SS's too. The 100' tunnel sounds waaay...
