Are you using a 5vdc or 12vdc relay? Relay in the pic you posted is 5vdc and the voltage reading you are getting at the relay is a little over 12vdc. If you are using the 5vdc relay, that would definately be a problem.
Good thing to check. I had a relay that either didn’t have a jumper on it when I got it or I lost it. Probably the latter, but it won’t do anything without it. I never tried it on high, but don’t think it would work there either.
That’s true, but I’ve never seen either one of those companies on the forum offering free help like @Buckeye Hydro. Hopefully he can sale some things for sharing his knowledge with all of us here.
