That's great! Did they say it was a software fix for this exact type of problem? Also, did they mention if there was anything we needed to do to implement the software fix?

My swipers are all the newer version with more than 4 wires. I wonder if there is something that needs to be updated though.

No thankfully it hasn't collapsed. Just wanted to get an idea on if it has happened to any others. It is directly under the equipment room. Not exactly sure when the wash was built originally. Probably about the same as yours, 20 years ago.

Does anyone know what size tank is usually underground in a super wash site? And has anyone had their tank collapse underground before?

Well he had used the tap plus reader, worked for 4 minutes, then the bay turned off. He then went around to the meter box tried to tap again, it didn't work. So he swiped the same card and it turned back on until he was done.

That is interesting. I'm not sure if that would fix my issue. My wash select will work fine for most of a day but then will stop processing credit cards. Who has remodeled a super wash automatic bay to fit a larger machine? The current bay dimensions are 10'10" in height, 12'8" in width, and 24'7" in length. Looking to hopefully fit a razor in there eventually. Looking to hear from people who have done a remodel. Thank you!
