I did buy a flir infrared camera! And also found the liquid from the floor heat coming up out of the concrete. So I have an idea of where it is coming from now. Next step would be finding out exactly where to cut the concrete to be able to repair it. Any advice for that?

It is looking like my automatic bay floor heat is leaking. I don’t know where to start with fixing it. How do I find where the leak is at if the system can’t even heat up? We had our cinder block walls rebuilt this past august and I’m wondering if during that the construction crew hit a line.

I'm starting to research and get quotes for new radiant floor heating in my three self-serve bays and possibly my automatic bay. The current floor heat we have is extremely old and was done with some sort of black rubber hose. Currently, in two of the bays the floor heat does not work at all...

I’m in southwest Michigan. Total wash count I can’t give an exact number. When we did the razor 2 to 3 conversion it erased the wash count a few years ago. Based on the math we have done i would say 150,000-165,000 washes.

I think I found the answer. In the setting for the wash select ii, relay stacking was turned off. This wash select has been there for many many years, I don't think the previous owner had it off the whole time? Not sure why it was off, but enabling it seems to have fixed it.

I’ve been getting issues with my wash select ii not communicating correctly with my razor wash. I’ve been getting too many calls about people saying they pay for a wash, and when the wash in front of them finishes, the system does not give them their wash. So they have to pay for a second wash...

And it really stays looking nice? I've tried some other brands for regular bathroom caulk and it does not stay looking good.

We always used 2 inch tapered to 1.5 inch hose. If it clogs, it usually clogs in the handle

Awesome idea. My hose end should be 1.5 inches. Do you use a 1.5 inch cuff?

What do you all do to keep vacuum nozzles attached to hoses? If i do nothing, customers pull too hard and take them off the vacuum hose. So for years we have used duct tape and taped the nozzles to the hoses. But after 2 weeks the duct tape gets kinda nasty. Any suggestions??

Cures faster and still stays looking as nice as 5200? Regular waterproof caulk I've been buying looks nasty after 3 weeks.

I'm looking for a caulk to use with my farmtek polymax boards. The caulk I bought at home depot is already not holding up well in my razor wash. What have you all tried that worked and stayed looking well?
