I love you Kleen Rite, so...

The order taker I had the other day took 10 minutes to place the first two items of the 41 items I needed to order so I just hung up and got another order taker.

WW 1.0 Gantry Running Up And Down Track, No Car, No Water

I have had similar problems when I the ROC 16 in the panel in the equipment room got blown by feed back voltage. This controls all the functions of the soaps, waxes and pumps. You can see that the computer is calling for the funtion but the motor starters are not pulling in.

HELP Low pressure in one bay.

No Rookie just Rusty and tired OMG I guess I will start with the excuses it was the bottom pump on the rack, it was dark and my work light bulb was burned out. Rob I did switch the wires from the pump next to it and same problem. I think the original problem was the unloader but the belts...

HELP Low pressure in one bay.

Well I have been working on this for a week and I am no rookie. I have one bay that the belts on the pump started slipping when the user let off the trigger on the wand so I started adjusting the unloader but to get it to stop then the pressure was not good enough. so this is a list of what I...

Drive Motor or Gear Box? Humm coming from left side drive train.

Buzzie, I have been replacing my motors with a Leeson Stainless Steel one that works just fine. It is cheaper and has a better housing. I would just seperate the motor (after I get a spare) and then you can see if the gear box moves with turning the coupling: if it does then replace the...

    Oscillator motor/gearbox

I think they wrap them to keep some of the water out. I have found a Lesson Stainless steel motor that replaces the drive wheel motor instead of the pot metal Baldor and it is cheaper also.

    Oscillator motor/gearbox

What is the problem with your gearbox? I have repaired several of mine because the roll pin that holds the small gear on the motor shaft is sheared making the gear lock up on the housing.

    Cleaning Vac hoses

I lay my hoses against the bay wall; closely and slowly high pressure soap down the hose then I rotate it about 90 degrees and do it at least 4 times. My hoses are blue with red creases so they show the dirt. I do this about once a year when I do my spring cleaning.

    Blendco Users

Blendco will probably never admit to anything. The FACT is the Surfactants are thinner. The guys that load my soap from my former distributor have even noticed the difference. I found a partial old container and I was surprised and how much thicker it is. I would have had more respect for...

    Scrap the Aluminum Rails

I laid them out in the bay where I only had to cut one block on each side for the photo eyes. It ended up being about 6 inches between each block. Look at my pics and you can see the gaps are not very large.

    Scrap the Aluminum Rails

I think it makes it easier to wash down because it acts as a curb or gutter. I just wash it down to where there is a gap in the blocks next to the pit, then wash it right in. When washing with the pipe rails it seemed like is was more trouble to wash it under the pipe and the track far enough...

    Scrap the Aluminum Rails

Couldn't be happier, unless I had done it before I opened, you only get one chance at a first impression..... They LOOK better, they clean easier, THEY DO NOT DAMAGE RIMS. I have a friend with a BMW 745 IL that got his rim nicked here before I made the change. I have a lot of football players...
