NE Georgia so our water/sewer and electric rates are fairly low. I use quality chemicals at about double the recommended rate. Never gonna skimp on anything at our wash. We definitely don't skimp on maintenance either.

I did 71.5% this year. I did 90% of the maintenance, cleaning, landscape, etc. myself. 70% is doable with higher gross revenue.

We purchased ours in June 2020 for all 6 bays. They are the Diskin Air Shammee II installed in attic. They were approx $12,000 total installed by Diskin Systems crew. They are used very frequently and I am positive they have fully returned the purchase price in the first year.

Do i need a check valve on air AND chemical on low pressure functions? (Foam brush, tire cleaner, tri-foam) Thinking of using John Guest 1/4 x 1/4 pushlock check valve on 1/4 inch lines. In equipment room? OR closer to 1/4-3/8 TEE above bay? THANKS!

I bit the bullet and did the upgrade for 11 machines. Well worth it.
