We recently installed Crypto Tap Plus in all our SS bays and on our Wash Select II. We are having complaints of the Tap Plus charging the Cash App card with Cash App, but not activating the SS bays. Yesterday I asked the customer if his Cash App was funded with the $10 minimum preauthorization...
Thanks! We connected the other red/green wire and had to have Cryptopay configure the Tap Plus with the Wash Select II on their end. Now to solve our Cash App acceptance on the Tap Plus issue. For some reason the Tap Plus accepts Cash App...charges the customer, but does not start SS bays...
Just installed Crypto Tap Plus on my Wash Select II. I was able to get power to the Tap Plus. Taped a card to activate the wash. The Tap turned green as if accepting the card. The wash did not activate. It just asked for payment in the instruction window. The card was not charged for the wash. I...
I cannot for sure point to what actually was wrong, but your advice helped me get it going. I went back and tried the simplest thing first... which was to disconnect the outlet hose(the one going to the bay) from the deregulator as I remember that being the one nearly clogged with gunk from...
Last week I had a hose break on top of the building. Prior to that everything worked fine. I fixed the hose, but after fixing I had a lot of pulsing at the wand. I changed out the tip (it was clogged) with no change... pressure was great, but still a lot of pulsing, so I inspected the pump ( CAT...
Thanks again. Looking at the 555 it hooks to the high pressure side horizontally to the pump, and the black hose (water coming in) that is going to the unloader now goes to the inlet side of the 555 and my white hose, water coming out, of the top of the unloader goes to the outlet side of the...
Thank you! When swapping from the unloader to a regulator is the hook up the same? It looks like I have a hose coming in to the back side of the unloader and one on top. Looking at the 555 regulator pic it looks like only one connection for hose.
I am troubleshooting a drop in pressure on a 5cp2102W Cat Pump. Without the trigger pulled the PSI is 1500 and drops to 700 when pulled. I have checked the valves and just rebuilt the head. I have also replaced the nozzle tip in the bay. From what I have read...if that did not solve it it may be...
Randy...Ill check it again, but I think it is right where the black boom hose meets the 90. Just bubbles a little there. Probably just needs tightening, but was curious what the 90 was just in case. I do have swivels at the brush end of the hose...never thought to put at the boom end. Do you...
Sorry...should have explained better. It is a new LP hose and swivel. It is leaking where the black boom hose meets the "elbow". Wondering what the "elbow" connection is and where to find it? I may just need to tighten it, but just in case was wondering what it was.
