I would say that does seem very unordinary with that amount of traffic. Have any pictures of your site? Get some feather flags and anything you can do to draw attention to the IBA. The nozzles usually have them stamped on them as well if you cant find them in your manual. That is how we found out what ones we needed in the past. They are really small but if you look close you can see them.

I bet Kleenrite stocks them. That is where we get ours for our Kondor.
