We have signs posted around the VACs/Trash Lids. We have a camera with cameras all around our property. I am going to take the cans away for a month and see what happens. Our regular customers never abuse the facility it is always the random people who just pull up drop off their junk and drive...
How often do you have to empty your trash bins at your VACs? We have 30 gallon drums by our vacs, but before and after hours people are abusing them like crazy, I watch the cameras and people will constantly drive up quick dump a whole 30 Gal bag off and drive off. I reported a couple of the...
We have only been buying from Kleen rite for the last 4 years. Have tried the majority of their products they carry over the years. Like in most cases you get what you pay for. If you buy the cheapest stuff Kleenrite sells then you most likely will get those results. Kleenrite concentrated...
We have been waiting years for this day in the Midwest for Kwik trip to finally raise top package and stop undercutting everyone else and that day has finally come! Their new top wash added graphene, but they have no ceramic in sight. Finally we can bump up our prices without customers saying...
I should have updated everyone, I was able to get it all fixed yesterday and we are up and running great again. The power cord that goes to the solenoid block rubbed up against an area in the carriage and wore through the insulator and part of one of the four wires. Got the wire repaired and...
Yes there is but I don't think that has anything to do with the problem as when I replace the fuse everything works properly and I can manually switch it from one side to the other and hear the solenoid opening and closing with no issues at all, but when I run a wash it blows the fuse.
Today I had a GFCI Fault on our Kondor which I thought was no big deal. I reset the GFCI and wash, ran a wash through and now the HP Rinse wont switch from drivers side to passenger side correctly. When it is supposed to switch HP Rinse to passenger side it does a medium rinse on both sides...
I can second this, something changed in the last couple of years. They used to make you go talk to your local distributor but now you can call them up and they will try their best to help you over the phone.
Have you tried changing out your butterfly breakaway sensor? When those go out funny things start to happen. We have a Kondor which is pretty much just a newer model of yours. Also when your main cable from the your carwash room that goes out to your carriage block has problems you start to have...
Thought I would update everyone on the cause of the low pressure on one side. It ending up being the plunger on one side of the solenoid block in the carriage. The seal in it over time was expanding making the plunger not open fully, and not getting the right flow rate going through it. Took it...
I would say the brush you use is almost as important as the product. Use something really soft so you don't scratch or damage the dye. If you are leery of damaging it then I would recommend bringing it to a professional detailing shop as paying a professional to clean the seat is a lot less...
Curious if anyone else's wash has been slower than usual lately? Our 4th weekend is usually a busy one for us, but was overall slower then usual. June was nothing to brag about either... Anyone else see these trends the last month or have any reasoning to it?
In my experience in bay signs and lighting has been a big hole in our industry. It has been a challenge for us to locate exactly what we are looking for for signage. Most of the off the shelf stuff either looks outdated or poor functionality. Our hot wax in bay sign went out a few years ago and...
We have yet to start using the graphene, currently trying to burn through the rest of our hot wax we had in stock that it is getting replaced by. It will be getting ran through A Kondor KL2 before ceramic with a $2 upcharge.
Its only a factor for us on low pressure functions. HP Rinse works great on both sides. Output pressure is sitting at 1100 during HP, unfortunately I do not know what it was sitting at before this was an issue for our wash.
Our Kondor Kl2 passenger side has very low pressure compared to the drivers side. Drivers side is a nice fan while the passenger side looks to have low pressure and just gloops out or just enough to make contact with the vehicle with no fan. We replaced our tips recently but it made no change...
