    Check your x30 prox, if it's damaged, replace it, replace the x30 prox cable, also check for a bad connection and corrosion in the junction box. If you still have an issue, you may have a bad wire in your festoon cable. Good luck..

    I am a carwash tech. My company has both units, I would go with the PDQ 360 over the Washworld Razor. Hands down.

    You have a cracked PVC fitting inside your HP rinse tank. Or the 1 1/2 PVC check valve inside the HP rinse tank is bad, or the union is loose.

    We have PDQ Laserwash 4000, PDQ Laserwash 360, and we just installed some WashWorld units. In my opinion, The PDQ Laserwash 360 are the best.

    Output card....We had a similar issue with the pump staying on during dryer cycle. The output relay card was the problem.

    I have seen a bad pressure regulator do this. They can suck air in from the hole at the top.

    Do you have the option for water saver? If so, you can use that and drop the pressure of the hp pump down to 250 psi.

    We just squirt it out of the bottle all over the cloth, brush it in and rinse with a pressure washer.

    lw4000 to dock or not to dock

    You can just set it to "drive thru" mode. you can find that setting in the 63556 menu. The dryers will shut off on their own when the car clears the bay. If his customers are used to a docking dryer, prepare for many complaints. Good luck.
