Thanks. That’s kind of what I was thinking. It was suggested to me from another guy in the business. He lowered his start price to .50$

Any idea what a 4 bay ss Carwash would bring in, in a small town of 3400 with one other 4 bay ss Carwash in town

Both are simply 4 bay ss car washes with two vacuums each. They both start with $.50.

The more expensive car wash is in a town of about 5,000. There’s another car wash that’s kind of a hangout that’s always busy. This one is newer and in the center of town. The owner is in another town and comes up only two or three times a month

What state are you in? These are all in really small towns. One town that is growing the rest may be shrinking in population

Why are there so many car washes for sell so cheap? There are several in my area for sell. There’s one for $12k one $15k one $27k and one $75k. Do they not make money anymore?

I currently own 122 self storage units and am looking at selling it and buy several ss car washes in the area
