Any 182T frame, 3HP 3 phase motor will work.
You won't find an exact replacement "new" because they no longer make standard-efficient motors. I picked up a new spare Super-E from an eBay seller for about half the price of a Dayton new.
Woops, that was a Baldor motor. Here is a cross reference from Baldor to Leeson:

As I said before, any 182T 3HP 3 phase motor will work.i cross reference several . im just not sure if the footings/poles are the same.

Which motor you replace it with? does the footing fits the pre-drilled holes on the stand.
