No kidding when your equipment goes down your gonna have a service tech come from San Antonio to Houston to fix it that should be pretty cheap. Especially not even knowing what type of service tech your gonna get.Most of the time you get a tech that gets there and calls the smart guy and he tells them what to do. I call them robot techs. The Service Industry is really tough now everyone wants to start at the top.

My tech is local and he is awesome guy. He maintain the place very well and do this full time. He also know the real truth about the 'handy man' you suggest to your customers.
