More ? On dixmore

Just installed dixmore led 6, when you start it counts coins as it should. After it runs and you add a quarter for more time it does not count the first one. The timer beeps but dosen't add time. The next coin adds time as it should. Do i have something off in the settings?

That's strange. If it's beeping the horn the signal from the coin acceptor is getting to the timer. Just for the hell of it I'd probably change the coin acceptor with one of my spares. Call Nick at Dixmor in the morning.

Got problem fixed. It was the bonus time. It was set at the 9th coin and it was 0000 time so the 9th coin was not adding time. Adjusted it to 35 coins ( hopefully nobody puts that many in) and is working fine. According to dixmore having bonus time set @ 0000 turns it off ...but mine dosen't.
