Looks pretty simple, but...

Do I mount the MARS to the door of my ACW? Looks like it.

Use the plug that is 'open' above the 'bill hole' to plug in MARS??

Unplug/ remove old validator? I did...

Unplug/remove old stacker or leave it there but unplugged?

Leave plugs for stacker and validator 'open'?

Yes.

There should be an extension cable, IIRC.

Remove stacker if you want to close the door. There's a screw in the very bottom of the stacker that holds it to the back wall, then it just lifts out.

Leave plugs for stacker and validator 'open'?

There's a jumper plug with a single looped purple wire you need to plug into the stacker harness plug.

Took about 10 mins per playstation and has been a great plus. The MARS acceptor is much better than the XE. You can ask Hamilton tech support for a simple set of instructions as they were most helpful. The MARS will also work with the 1000 bill holder too if you have a busy site.
