Is Surevend still in business? I found this thread and it looks like things have changed.

I need a part and cannot find anyone to call to place an order.

Anyone know where I can get parts for my Surevend?

pick the one that looks closer to yours, mine looks more like the first one.
I'd contact RA Lock for the lock cylinder. RA Lock may have the t-handle assembly too

I would have to say Shur-vend is probably out of business. They are nothing more than a AMS vending machine that has been relabeled. Find yourself a AMS vendor distributor, he'll be able to get you parts.
We won't do business with RA Lock anymore.

I hate to hear that Jim has retired, hopefully because he just was ready to. He lost his wife last year due to health problems. He has been around a long time. I wish him well.
