I was just wondering what size tips every one was using on the spray guns in there bays and why, just looking to go through mine and replace them......currently using 15060 tips.

I prefer 2506, regular V-spray type. IMO the MEG and IMEG lose too much impact more than a foot away, and they can be dangerous up close.

2506 Meg...I wish they made a 2006....A 1506 seems too narrow of a spray pattern to me...So I stick with the 2506...

I use 1508 tips. I like the higher volume as I spend much less time cleaning a bay now compared to when I used 2506.

1505, it makes it easier to wash down the bay and it gives the customer the impression that they are getting more pressure than they are really getting.

32? Wow, is it tough to wash down bays? It would kill my back having to bend over so much. Especially when trying to wash down a bay of fine sand.

I also run a 3206(or 07 - can't remember). I tried the 25's and didn't like them. Luckily we don't get destroyed bays too often and we can clean a bay in under 3 min.

I like to keep a spare pump set up to run really high pressure/volume for washing down the lot and bays after rain and the eventual mud. A 30" wand with a 1508 tip makes quick and painless work of it, especially when I wash down almost an acre of concrete.

I use 2505 tips. Tried 3205, 3206 and 3207. 2505 gives plenty of pressures, rinses well and the chemical flows in about five seconds.

I have a similar set up to what MEP described that I use when I have a lot to wash down. The 30" wand is nice for taking the stress off the back.

Your back hurts washing bays,on your hands & knees are you ? This is a first for me here about backs hurting, ever tried a shovel before washing down.

2506 MEG. Don't care for it on low pressure BUT it appears that it does a better job cleaning.

I don't like MEG on low pressure either because it can make two streams instead of a fan. It does do a better job cleaning up close, it can also cut concrete.
