Washview remote on Windows 10 for Razor

Has anyone had issues with installing WashView Remote for the Razor on their Windows 10 PC? I was able to install on my PC at home, but my Laptop at the car wash is not working. It downloads fine from the CD, but when I try to open it, it says it can't find the files, and does not allow me to see the "globe" shortcut. Just thought I would ask before contacting WW themselves.

A bit off topic:
I got an email from my ISP who forwarded me an email from the Attorney General's department informing me that they found a bug in the Washworld's Allan Bradely PLC that could let a hacker into my system. They even named the port. What sounded like a scam IS NOT. There was an update 3 years from Allan Bradely ago but it wouldn't help. So I had to take my machine offline.
I do it now with Teamviewer.
 
I haven't found the washview remote to have any use at all. If you use the remote view for the HMI on your cell phone it has everything and more that the washview remote has.
