Zierden Model 203 Boom Assembly

I purchased a new Zierden Model 203 Boom Assembly for my SS. The swivel bases wasn’t supplied with holes for mounting, but shows to have holes on the manufacture website. Do you guys drill holes in swivel base or fabricate a custom mounting bracket on the ceiling?

My Zierden swivel bases are so old they are round not square and they have holes in them. I converted all my 203 booms over to the 204B boom https://ziercowaterboy.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/06/ConversionKit.pdf They are much easier to repair. A little hint, the boom is made out of 1” EMT conduit. So if one gets bent all you have to do is go to Home Depot or Lowes and get a piece of 1” conduit.
