Can anyone tell me what injection or dilution rates are needed for the types of chemicals being injected, such as shampoo, cream rinse, flea and tick solutions, deodorizing, de-skunking solutions, etc.?
Also, let me know what type of application wand works best.
My pet washes use a solenoid/suction injection block by Dema. Very basic, but difficult to answer your questions. So when I set mine up, I adjust the needle valve that adjusts how much water flow needs to be redirected for suction, then the individual needle valves for every chemical. So I could not tell you what the injection rates on any of my chemicals are. I just go by what looks/works best.
It doesn't get much simpler that siphoning. The whole solenoid block is about $100. I find the key to dispensing pet chemical is their consistency, especially conditioner.
3:1 for Flea n Tic will ensure you lose money on that cycle That stuff is like $160/pail and really doesn't work unless it sits on the dog for 5 minutes or so.
