Had a spare XE validator cleaned and serviced.

Changed out with old one so I could clean old one. New one takes my token-notes for 3-5 notes (guess) and then rejects them completely. Once re-set w/red rocker switch inside ACW cabinet they are again accepted but begin rejecting again soon after.

Any ideas?

All other bills are accepted fine.

Thanks.

Try running a Token Note “Clear All” coupon through the validator. After you run the “Clear All” coupon Power down the validator for about 30 – 45 sec and then power it up and then reprogram the validator for your Token Note. Sometimes the Token Note Chip on the main PCB will get corrupted and running a “Clear All” coupon helps clear it.

Thanks for the Samuel Adams
