Hi there! I am helping some family with their car wash and they are using X-Stream touchless washing system and they accidentally nuked the software on their RedLion. Does anyone have a base image? It would probably be in a .c3d file for Crimson. I can provide models of the RedLion and the Omron PLC.

Any help would be appreciated as AJ is a hard person to get ahold of.
 
We'll sssume you've been to the wonderful website and tried the contacts at x-stream.......com/contact_

Red Lion's are industrial HMIs... difficult to accidentally destroy any programming unless you extract in the wrong direction... like all other HMIs.

You'll probably get helpful responses by providing HMI/PLC models, and the town/state the install is located.
