Hi all! I’ve recently taken over service & maintenance of a high velocity machine. This week it started giving me issues: it will intermittently not turn to wash the rear of the vehicle until it reaches the rear limit. This doesn’t happen every wash, but when it does, it happens on all passes. Haven’t been able to reproduce it using the test wash(dry) feature. We’ve checked the middle limit prox and the loading eyes, all seem ok, getting the correct inputs on the plc. Any suggestions are most appreciated, thanks!

The UCC is not seeing the input from the Entrance end T-bar eye. Check the amplifier for a fault. If it's not showing a problem then the most likely cause is the festoon cable. You can try running a drop cord to spare out the input wire for the Entrance end T-bar eye. This will eliminate the festoon cable as the problem.
