WS ll anybody know how to get a CC reader?

I ordered the Panasonic Dual side reader, but bolt pattern doesn't work.
I called DRB, & been on hold for 27 minutes now. They just now picked up & said they switched a couple yrs ago to another CC reader & I may need a motherboard upgrade.

I can get a Cryptopay retrofit in hours. DRB said that should work, but they won't support it.

Would you guys just switch to Cryptopay & retrofit it?

I did just that 2 years ago and it has been great. Get the Crypto Tap too.

My 2 cents:
I would recommend Tap Plus.
1) Too many people tell me they're "afraid" to swipe their cards for fear of skimming. It happens at gas stations around here all the time.
2) We've had some pinheads run a saw blue or knife through our swipers and damage the mag stripe reader, $225 for each repair.
3) When the swipers are working, sometimes people either have worn cards, can't figure out which way to insert the mag stripe, or move it too slowly and just give up.
TapPlus is a very simple system, that's attractive looking and just works.
One of my locations is all TapPlus, and am now convinced it's the only way to go. The swipers are on the way out for us.
